We have a range of specialised equipment that can carry out vegetation and fence line clearing, benching, steep hill country, a range of specialised Revolution Postdrivers mounted on 4 wheel drive tractors, skidsteer, 14 ton excavator, along with drilling rig and we also do handwork.

Livestock/ Boundary Fencing.
Your boundary fencing needs to be both compliant with the NZ fencing Act and be stock proof for all types of livestock. Internal livestock/farm fencing can vary in type depending on the livestock – cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, deer, poultry. Post, wire and batten, electric fencing and netting are popular options with different pricing options.
When obtaining pricing for various sources make sure you know the fence line specifications and the grade and source of materials, the experience of the contractor and their machinery capabilities, Health and Safety and legal compliances in order to ensure that you are comparing “apples with apples” and entrusting your investment with the right contractor.
White Fencings standard specifications for post, wire and batten fencing is normally end Strainers No 1 2.7 m, No 1 round posts with 3.8m post spacing’s or as contour dictates; 8 x wires of NZ made WIREMARK® wire, wire gauge 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, 4 mm depending on livestock type, with industry standard tensioning according to wire type. Foots either swing or long driven in dips and hollows.
Stockyards.
White Fencing is experienced in building both Sheep and Cattle yards, loading ramps, and drafting races. The size is adapted to the stock numbers being handled. We also build and install yard gates/ head bails as part of our design and build offering. We normally construct wooden stock yards as they are kinder on livestock.

Culverts, Troughs & Cattle Stops.
White Fencing’ can install troughs and water pipelines on your farm, as well as installing pipes for culverts, arrange for metal to be delivered and spread it. We have a number of machines including a 16T excavator which allows us to take on a wide array of farm development work. Our aim is always to provide a functional solution as well as increase the workability of the property at the same time with a quality, long-lasting solution .
